Lets start running, i noe walking is great but sometimes u just need run. Running is great. Wind blowing by. The heartbeat in ur head. Thoughts passing by. Listening to ur footsteps. Wiping a away small drops of sweat from ur forehead. It feels as though nothing can stop u from running forever ...till u stop tht is. Breathing thru the nose is probably the best way to get air in. Running straight, arms swinging, hands in a fist. Making sure you getting a good pace. All of these things but also dont gasp but controlled breathing so at least u look good. and After all tht and u feel real good, u at enjoy the scenery of the lake and the trees, girls and other joggers. Drifting away and let ur tots come back into the small room u call ur on, where ur actually staring at a screen. Then open the door and get out of the house and maybe the outside is not really the outside. Just another place like every other place but not the place u noe. Water is everywhere.
